Propulsion Manufacturing Intern

Responsibilities

• Design and build the factory infrastructure used to manufacture satellites
• Deliver a physical propulsion subsystem, ranging from the tank to the thruster, ready for space operations
• Engage in hands-on design, development, and testing of hardware

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solidworks, Creo, NX)
• Strong interest in manufacturing processes and hands-on technical development
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status required due to export regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or testing liquid propulsion systems
• Experience writing work instructions or test procedures
• Experience using MES/ERP software
• Hands-on experience with welding, machining, or designing machined components
