Responsibilities

• Manage individual pursuits to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of proposal deliverables.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to write and produce content in the DLR Group brand voice.
• Support shortlist and win rate goals through quality execution of project pursuits.
• Record project and personnel information in the firm database to maintain institutional knowledge.
• Perform comprehensive quality control checks on all materials to champion the brand.
• Maintain an up-to-date library of on-brand pursuit materials, including resumes and project plates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Teams.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Experience with SF330s and RFQ/P responses for government and public entities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines with high attention to detail.
