Proposal Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage individual pursuits to ensure on-time, compliant delivery
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to write and produce content in the DLR Group brand voice
• Support shortlist and win rate goals through quality execution
• Record project and people information in the firm database (Vision)
• Perform comprehensive quality control checks on all materials
• Maintain an up-to-date library of pursuit materials including resumes and project plates

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Teams
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SF330s and RFQ/RFP responses for government and public entities
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creative expression of brand differentiators
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate needs and recommend responsive solutions
