Proposal & Presentation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and customize PowerPoint presentations in line with BeWunder’s brand identity and templates
• Transform raw information, notes, and project details into clear, visually strong, and well-structured slides
• Prepare high-quality presentations for clients, management meetings, project references, award submissions, and business development
• Update existing presentations with new content, visuals, and company information
• Ensure all presentations are visually consistent and free from formatting or spelling errors
• Collect and follow up on required information from internal team members to meet tight deadlines
• Maintain an organized understanding of company projects, capabilities, and history to support presentation work with speed and accuracy

Requirements

• Strong PowerPoint skills, including layout, formatting, visual hierarchy, and slide structuring
• A keen eye for design, spacing, consistency, and brand alignment
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Proactive attitude with the ability to clarify missing details and follow up with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in presentation design, marketing support, or business development support
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools
• Proficiency in German or Arabic
