Proposal Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of proposal documents using company templates, including text, graphics, and forms
• Ensure strict compliance with formal RFP, RFI, and BAA instructions
• Maintain document version control and ensure consistency in styles and formats throughout all proposal volumes
• Work closely with the Graphics team to integrate artwork into proposal documents
• Manage and support multiple proposal submissions concurrently under tight timelines
• Represent the Proposal Center during final book checks and shipping activities
• Archive proposal documents in accordance with established company practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Graduate Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; OR 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracting or government proposal development
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities for managing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Experience creating simple graphics using Visio, Adobe Illustrator, or other applications
• Familiarity with business development, program management, or engineering environments
• Certification or training in Shipley, APMP, or other industry-recognized proposal practices
• Availability to travel and work overtime as required by pursuit schedules
