Proposal Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop PPP/BOT, EPC, and O&M municipal and industrial project bids in coordination with Business Development and Group support teams.
• Identify business opportunities and support EOI and RFQ processes in targeted sectors.
• Define bid strategies and identify potential partners or sub-consultants to increase success rates.
• Prepare bid budgets, planning schedules, and deliverables while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Define target prices and project costs in coordination with Business Developers.
• Identify project risks, mitigations, and opportunities in accordance with Group policies.
• Participate in client negotiations to secure contracts and ensure smooth transfers to execution teams.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Hydraulics engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in PPP/BOT, EPC, and O&M project environments.
• Strong understanding of the contractual, commercial, and technical aspects of large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively within international teams.
• Fluency in English is essential.
