Proposal Manager

Responsibilities

• Control and track the status of proposals from initial request through to closure, providing regular updates to company leadership.
• Lead "go/no-go" decision meetings to strategically evaluate opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee the proposal preparation area to ensure all technical, economic, and administrative documentation meets client requirements and tender specifications.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and support departments to manage schedules, resources, and information access.
• Integrate quality, safety, environmental, social responsibility, and contractual terms into final proposals to ensure consistency.
• Identify opportunities requiring risk review and coordinate with corporate project risk committees to secure necessary approvals.
• Participate in contract and proposal negotiations to mitigate risks and protect company interests in collaboration with legal and business leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement programs to standardize and digitalize proposal and commercial management processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Civil, Industrial, Commercial, or Administrative Engineering (or related field).
• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in proposal development, business development, and financial evaluation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
