Proposal Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from RFP analysis through submission
• Coordinate all stages of the proposal lifecycle including kickoff and color team reviews
• Drive collaboration across capture, technical, pricing, and contracts teams
• Manage subcontractor partners, task assignments, and compliance verification
• Ensure proposal quality, clarity, tone, and accuracy
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve content sourcing and efficiency
• Lead classified proposal submissions for Intelligence Community customers
• Maintain corporate past performance and capability statements
• Track and report proposal metrics and lessons learned

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management for Federal Government contracts
• Active Secret clearance or higher
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with desktop publishing or graphics tools
• Experience using or interest in AI tools for writing and automation
