Proposal Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit process and production of on-time, brand standard-compliant deliverables including SOQs, RFPs, and interviews
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with little oversight
• Inspire multi-disciplinary pursuit teams to develop persuasive win themes and deliver content meeting client needs
• Synthesize complex information into compelling written responses and edit content to match brand voice
• Coach project teams on presentation best practices for interviews
• Support shortlist and win rate goals through strong conversion strategies
• Record project and people information in Deltek Vantagepoint to ensure institutional knowledge
• Collaborate with graphic design teams to develop custom, on-brand visual assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
• 5+ years of experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Teams
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the AEC industry
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint
• Experience leading successful SF330s and RFQ/RFP responses for government and public entities
• Experience with messaging for private clients including Fortune 500 companies and commercial real estate developers
• Strong project and people management skills with the ability to build consensus
