Proposal Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end response on RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and unsolicited proposals
• Translate technical capabilities into client-specific value propositions
• Coordinate input from sales, operations, pricing, legal, security, and HR to assemble compliant responses
• Maintain and improve the proposal content library, boilerplate, and response templates
• Partner with marketing & enablement on case study development and capability statements

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or sales enablement
• Native or near-native English written fluency
• Experience responding to enterprise procurement processes (RFP, RFI, security questionnaires)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines on complex, cross-functional deliverables
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools like Notion, Confluence, or SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing for outsourcing, customer experience, AI services, or technology services
• Experience working with US-based or global enterprise buyers
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or HIPAA
• Background in management consulting, agency strategy, or sales engineering
