Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents and coordinate with site engineers or technical support teams
• Execute CPQ (Configure Price Quote) tools to obtain product pricing for hardware and software
• Send quotation requests to suppliers through the sourcing area for third-party pricing
• Coordinate with the Line of Business (LOB) to estimate engineering and implementation efforts
• Prepare final technical-commercial proposals and deliver them to the sales team within established deadlines
• Register purchase orders (PO) in the system upon receipt
• Manage case information in Salesforce (SFDC), including status, audit history, and value
• Maintain constant communication with stakeholders including sales, LOB, sourcing, and site teams
• Ensure the use of standard client formats for all deliverables

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• University degree
• Proven experience using Salesforce
• Solid knowledge in preparing quotations
• Analytical capacity and attention to detail
• Result-oriented mindset
