Proposal Developer 1

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead responses to RFI questionnaires and RFPs to ensure engagement from all key stakeholders
• Act as the primary interface for Pre-Award requests (CRM stages 1-4)
• Develop high-quality, professional documents and budgets for customers
• Conduct internal reviews of RFI responses and pricing to ensure accuracy and avoid overscoping
• Liaise with the Strategic Pricing team regarding budget grids, rate cards, and discounts
• Maintain CRM updates and ensure all proposals and price calculators are stored correctly in SharePoint
• Update the Qvidian database with new RFI content for future use
• Provide support and guidance to the Contracts team as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of direct experience in Contracts, Finance, Proposals, or Administration
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical or Contract Research & Development (CRO) industry
• Understanding of the Clinical Trial Process and its various phases
• Experience with process improvement mindsets and customer-focused service
