Proposal Coordinator 2

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of proposal and submittal development, including content creation and document assembly
• Collaborate with Project Managers and technical staff to gather and refine proposal content
• Edit and proofread proposal materials for clarity, consistency, and compliance with brand standards
• Manage and maintain the Submittals Library to ensure up-to-date content accessibility
• Update and manage the proposal tracking system and participate in weekly marketing meetings
• Develop and maintain relevant modules within Deltek to support tracking efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of related experience in the AE&C industry
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Deltek VantagePoint
