Proposal Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal compliance activities, including tracking deadlines, requirements, and submission materials
• Maintain proposal trackers, checklists, and workflow visibility across various teams
• Organize and manage files within SharePoint and Teams to ensure version control and accuracy
• Complete government forms and maintain company registrations and compliance documentation
• Monitor procurement portals for updates, deadlines, and new opportunities
• Support document formatting, PDF preparation, and overall submission readiness
• Communicate updates and route critical information to appropriate internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, compliance, or administrative operations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience using SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration platforms
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
