Responsibilities

• Handle operation, care, and maintenance of properties
• Take comprehensive responsibility for assigned properties
• Perform both corrective maintenance and supervision/care of properties
• Interact closely with colleagues and customers

Requirements

• Practical mindset with good knowledge of property and facility maintenance
• Experience in technical internal and external property maintenance
• Valid B-driver's license
• Service-oriented and proactive personality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of control and regulation technology
• Education in electricity or control/regulation systems
• Experience with plumbing (VVS)
• Training in SBA (Systematic Building Management) or as a facility operator
