Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing operation and supervision of properties
• Plan and perform maintenance and care of technical systems
• Manage outdoor environments, including supervision and coordination of care
• Troubleshooting and simple repairs
• Project manage and coordinate subcontractors during maintenance and improvement projects
• Ensure work is performed according to agreements, schedules, and quality requirements
• Act as a contact person for contractors and other partners

Requirements

• Experience working as a property technician or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of property operation, care, and maintenance
• Ability to plan, structure, and drive work independently
• Experience collaborating with and leading external suppliers
• Good problem-solving skills, service mindset, and sense of responsibility
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in operation and property technology
• Experience in outdoor environment work such as lawn mowing and weeding
• Experience in snow removal, especially at entrances
