Property Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform both internal and external repairs and installations within the properties
• Responsible for property maintenance and outdoor areas, including snow removal and lawn mowing
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues effectively as they arise

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Class B)
• Meticulous and self-motivated with a strong service mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to handling varied tasks and interacting with customers
• Socially oriented to handle daily contact with various people
