Property Tax Summer Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist with the inspection and measurement of commercial properties
• Support the preparation of floor plans and property records
• Conduct property and market research
• Assist surveyors with the collection and analysis of valuation evidence
• Support the preparation of business rates assessment appeals
• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
• Communicate with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing
• Work collaboratively with the wider Property Tax team on live projects

Requirements

• Currently studying towards a university degree in Real Estate, Property, Surveying, or a related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness and an interest in the property sector
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
