Property Scouter

Responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and evaluate potential properties that meet investment criteria
• Conduct preliminary assessments on location, neighbourhood trends, and rental potential
• Capture photos, videos, and key property data during on-site visits
• Build strong relationships with local agents, owners, and developers to access off-market opportunities
• Provide concise, structured reporting on each property, including risks and red flags
• Collaborate with acquisition and analytics teams to confirm suitability and pricing assumptions
• Track and maintain an updated pipeline of properties in assigned areas
• Monitor local market activity to identify new opportunities quickly

Requirements

• Experience in real estate, property scouting, field acquisition, or related roles
• Strong understanding of property assessment fundamentals
• Ability to conduct on-site visits independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned regions
• Advanced English fluency
