Property Repairer

Responsibilities

• Assemble and adjust kitchen cabinets, countertops, and other interior details
• Replace and install faucets, shower systems, and other plumbing components within authorization
• Perform minor carpentry, assembly, and repair work
• Troubleshoot and resolve practical problems with appropriate solutions
• Execute simple electrical work within valid authorization and safety routines
• Communicate clearly and service-oriented with residents and clients
• Document completed work digitally and report the need for larger repairs

Requirements

• Practical experience in service work and problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, or similar technical work is a merit
• Good communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently, structured, and take responsibility
• Valid B-driver's license
• Positive attitude and high work ethic
