Property Programs Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients regarding insurance policies and coverage inquiries.
• Assist clients in understanding policy details, terms, conditions, and the claims process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within company systems while ensuring data confidentiality.
• Communicate policy updates and changes through phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Resolve client issues and complaints professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims specialists, and internal teams to provide comprehensive support.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Customer Service, or Business Operations preferred).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the insurance industry or customer service preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification is a plus.
