Property Operations Support

Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties including painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, and doors, caulking, and power washing
• Remove and install trash and furniture as needed
• Participate in apartment inspections and document overall unit condition
• Perform light housekeeping and keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash
• Provide general administrative assistance such as opening and closing the office, clubhouse, and amenities, maintaining organization, and logging customer packages

Requirements

• All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
• Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical activities including lifting up to 100 lbs, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing
• Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
