Property Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all apartment owners to ensure seamless handling of customer affairs
• Lead and manage CAM billing, collections, and recovery to meet targets and control delinquencies
• Oversee customer communication, including notices, policy updates, and issue resolution
• Manage tenant and rental operations, including documentation and compliance with SOPs
• Ensure accurate record management of all customer data and agreements
• Coordinate with Admin and Security teams to ensure smooth execution of operations
• Handle customer complaints and escalations according to defined SLAs
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building rules, policies, and SOPs
• Lead on-ground teams and ensure effective deployment and performance management

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree
• 4-5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Prior experience managing office operations, vendors, and support staff
• Experience in corporate, industrial, or commercial environments preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
