About the Company

Flock's mission is to provide every retiring landlord with the most cost-efficient and seamless exit. Our first product is a tech-enabled 721 Exchange for residential landlords, allowing owners to exchange properties for passive equity ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own resident relationships end-to-end from move-in to move-out
• Execute seamless move-in and move-out processes including inspections and security deposit assessments
• Manage resident payment and collections, including reminders and eviction coordination
• Oversee compliance administration for HOA, municipal, and Section 8 inspections
• Resolve utility and operational issues by coordinating with vendors and field teams
• Maintain operational rigor using Appfolio, Google Workspace, and Salesforce

Requirements

• 2+ years in real estate, property management, or customer service
• Meticulous and process-driven approach to documentation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Appfolio
