Property Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage buildings and resolve issues to improve tenant experience
• Act as the liaison between Cove and property facilities staff
• Assist in preparing room inventory reports and routine property inspections
• Organize property tickets and liaise with service contractors for maintenance or repairs
• Troubleshoot daily facilities maintenance issues
• Assist in routine procurement of property needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any major (Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Hospitality preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or early-stage startups
• Fresh graduates with high organization and excellent communication skills are welcome
• Willingness to be assigned to any location based on company needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to deal with ambiguity
