Property Moving Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of property transactions from offer through to completion
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, estate agents, conveyancers, and mortgage advisers
• Keep clients fully informed throughout their home-moving journey
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay transactions
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process
• Promote OneDome's HomeBuyer Service and other relevant products

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Estate agency or sales progression experience
• Property, mortgage, or conveyancing industry experience
• Customer service or account management experience
• Sales experience in a target-driven environment
• Experience managing multiple customer cases or projects
