Responsibilities
- Achieve company and client budget objectives
- Supervise marketing, leasing, administrative, and maintenance functions
- Manage resident and landlord relations
- Oversee accounting and collections
- Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations including project management
- Complete property-specific and company reporting requirements
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
- Strong supervisory skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Real estate license (or ability to obtain within 120 days if required by state law)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Social media savvy with creative marketing abilities
- Proven motivational leadership skills
