Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and renewal processes to maintain high occupancy rates for residential and commercial properties
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants to address concerns and ensure high satisfaction
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and aesthetic standards
• Develop and manage property budgets, monitor rent collection, and generate financial performance reports
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to oversee repairs and long-term property upkeep
• Ensure all operations comply with RERA regulations, Dubai Land Department (DLD) requirements, and UAE real estate laws
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop leasing strategies and property promotions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in property management, preferably within the Dubai real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and leasing procedures
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, Propertyware, or similar tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic
