Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations
• Manage teams and coordinate activities
• Optimize resources to meet property objectives set by Regional Supervisor and ownership
• Train the Assistant Property Manager to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• 3 years of industry experience or 1 year of experience as a Property Manager
• Proficiency in Yardi or comparable property management software
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of all assigned Tonti University courses

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification
• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification
