Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development by hiring, training, and scheduling property team members
• Manage property administration including market analysis, policies, and onsite emergencies
• Oversee facilities and capital improvements, including vendor bidding and property inspections
• Execute the annual turnover process, managing timelines, budgets, and unit readiness
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, expense management, and revenue optimization
• Maintain high customer experience standards through resident engagement and reputation management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing living communities and a team of 3+ people
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time, conflict, and vendor management abilities
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality
