About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-site portfolio of condominium associations
  • Manage relations with Trustees, residents, and employees
  • Coordinate routine, emergency, and capital improvement repairs and maintenance
  • Enforce policies, rules, and regulations
  • Oversee financial matters including budgeting, billing, and delinquency collections
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the Board of Directors
  • Manage vendor contracts, solicit bids, and supervise property services
  • Maintain detailed records of contracts, maintenance work, and resident information
  • Provide emergency on-call support as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industry experience in a Condominium Association property management role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High motivation and willingness to work off-hours or weekends occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Property Management Certifications
