About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-site portfolio of condominium associations
- Manage relations with Trustees, residents, and employees
- Coordinate routine, emergency, and capital improvement repairs and maintenance
- Enforce policies, rules, and regulations
- Oversee financial matters including budgeting, billing, and delinquency collections
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the Board of Directors
- Manage vendor contracts, solicit bids, and supervise property services
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, maintenance work, and resident information
- Provide emergency on-call support as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience in a Condominium Association property management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High motivation and willingness to work off-hours or weekends occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Property Management Certifications
