Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Management and negotiation of rental and service contracts for Securitas rental properties and owned real estate
• Coordination of occupational, health, and fire protection in cooperation with safety specialists
• Organization and coordination of office moves between locations
• Execution of analyses, forecasts, and reporting
• Maintenance of relevant property data in databases
• Implementation of sustainability measures to achieve corporate goals
• Commissioning of service providers and execution of procurement processes
• Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair work in coordination with Real Estate management
• Participation in special projects

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Immobilienkaufmann, Immobilienfachwirt, or comparable qualification
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Property Manager
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• English language skills at B2/C1 level
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Willingness to travel within Germany
