Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding inquiries and appointments
• Provide triage services for tenant maintenance requirements and coordinate solutions with landlords and contractors
• Maintain regular communication with all parties via phone, email, or text and log detailed notes
• Conduct regular wellbeing calls to landlords
• Ensure all maintenance works are completed and invoiced within 21 days
• Monitor mandatory compliance and legislation for all managed properties
• Coordinate with Property Visit Clerks to ensure required property inspections are completed
• Manage the check-out process, including communication regarding deposits and timelines
• Analyze reasons for lost units in collaboration with team leaders and branch networks

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
• Full UK Driving License
