Responsibilities

• Manage housing and real estate companies
• Work closely with company boards to prepare meetings and ensure implementation of decisions

Requirements

• Suitable technical or commercial education
• Professional qualification in property management (IAT) or similar preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry
• Strong IT skills
• Independent and proactive working style
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks
• Swedish language skills are a strong advantage
