Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and maintain high satisfaction
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle from initial contact to move-in
• Oversee work orders and coordinate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor
• Manage vendors and ensure projects remain on track
• Maintain accurate records, lease files, and financial reporting using Yardi
• Collaborate professionally with the HOA
• Provide weekly reporting and check-ins to the Regional Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Community Manager in residential apartments or condos
• Proficiency with Yardi software
• Strong leasing and resident retention skills
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with an HOA
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead independently

• Base salary of $55,000–$60,000 per year
