Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a residential community of under 200 units
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to drive retention
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle from initial contact through move-in
• Oversee work orders and coordinate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Technician
• Manage vendors and ensure property projects remain on track
• Maintain accurate records, lease files, and financial reporting using Yardi
• Collaborate professionally with the HOA regarding exterior maintenance and amenities
• Provide weekly reporting and updates to the Regional Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Community Manager at a residential apartment or condo community
• Solid working knowledge of Yardi
• Strong leasing and resident retention skills
• Experience managing vendors and working alongside a maintenance team
• Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with an HOA
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and driving record check
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead independently without micromanagement
