Responsibilities

• Technical qualification of needs and works
• Economic modeling and investor structuring
• Landlord/investor relations and negotiation
• Accounting qualification (605 / 606)
• Legal coordination including leases, work conventions, and amendments
• Operational and transactional management
• Execution monitoring and supervision for works projects

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in real estate project management, property management, or transactions
• Ability to combine technical works expertise with economic logic for landlords/investors
• Strong ability to interface with multiple stakeholders and produce robust documentation
• High level of autonomy and rigor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site operations and heterogeneous stakeholders
