Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor the lifecycle, accountability, and compliance of all assets to ensure accurate tracking and audit readiness
• Implement government property processes including asset control, inventories, training, and disposal
• Reconcile property records in Property Record Management Systems and maintain databases for uniquely identified and subcontractor property
• Ensure materials and equipment are received, staged, and delivered to support field operations
• Support fleet vehicle readiness by coordinating staging, movement, inspections, and scheduled maintenance
• Conduct investigations into government property management issues, such as loss, damage, or destruction
• Provide audit support and participate in property-related audits and meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of directly related property administration work experience
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 45.5
• Understanding of governmental contracts and the flow-down of applicable clauses

Preferred Qualifications

• National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certification
• Experience supporting fleet operations or equipment readiness
• Forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment
• Working knowledge of engineering and construction industry contracting practices
