Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure property upkeep
• Input and complete work orders to maintain high service levels
• Assist in seasonal projects and ensure guest and homeowner satisfaction
• Manage interpersonal relationships and resolve conflicts effectively
• Work independently to make decisions and handle multiple tasks under pressure

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and remain results-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management
• Proficiency in property management software applications
