About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure property upkeep
- Input and complete work orders to maintain high service levels
- Assist in seasonal projects and ensure guest and homeowner satisfaction
- Manage interpersonal relationships and resolve conflicts effectively
- Work independently to make decisions and handle multiple tasks under pressure
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and remain results-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management
- Proficiency in property management software applications
