Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and manage housekeeping schedules
- Input and complete work orders
- Assist in seasonal projects
- Ensure the proper upkeep of properties
- Ensure high levels of service and satisfaction for homeowners and guests
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and make decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to learn property management software

- High school diploma or equivalent
