Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and manage housekeeping schedules
• Input and complete work orders
• Assist in seasonal projects
• Ensure the proper upkeep of properties
• Ensure high levels of service and satisfaction for homeowners and guests

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work with little supervision and make decisions
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to learn property management software

• High school diploma or equivalent
