Property Manager, Multifamily

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, and budgeting.
• Manage community finances, including forecasting, reporting, collections, and expense control.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing on-site team consisting of leasing, customer service, and maintenance personnel.
• Drive revenue through competitive market analysis and the development of creative marketing programs.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and resident file standards are strictly followed.
• Resolve resident conflicts promptly to maintain a positive living environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general internet navigation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage day-to-day on-site operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Active Real Estate License.
