Property Manager, Multifamily

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and expense control
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, and profitability
• Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing on-site team including leasing, customer service, and maintenance personnel
• Drive revenue through competitive market analysis and the implementation of creative marketing programs
• Manage community finances, including forecasting, reporting, collections, and audits
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and resident files are maintained according to professional standards
• Resolve resident conflicts promptly to maintain a positive living environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general internet navigation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage day-to-day team operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Real Estate License
