Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, leasing, and financial performance of a residential community
• Conduct regular inspections of apartment homes, common areas, and grounds
• Manage rent collection, delinquency processes, and community operating budgets
• Lead leasing efforts, demonstrate apartment homes, and secure leases
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate onsite staff members
• Ensure prompt and professional responses to resident service requests and concerns
• Uphold Fair Housing, ADA, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
• Strong working knowledge of leasing, resident relations, and financial operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office technology
• Working knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with property management software such as Yardi
