Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential communities
• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors
• Manage apartment turnover timelines and ensure units are rent-ready
• Monitor property performance, occupancy trends, and delinquency reporting
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and compliance
• Oversee leasing activity including advertising, tours, and renewals
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships and handle conflict resolution
• Provide leadership and accountability to onsite teams and vendors
• Collaborate with regional leadership on budgeting and capital improvements

Requirements

• Previous property management, operations, or multi-site management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned communities
