Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and serve as Owner Representative
• Manage team response to tenant needs and oversee administrative and technical staff
• Direct preparation of monthly reports and annual operating/capital budgets
• Oversee lease administration, including setup, changes, and reporting
• Proactively collect rent and manage accounts receivable status
• Direct sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract compliance
• Lead daily activities of the team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Conduct regular property inspections and recommend maintenance or alterations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of related real estate experience
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Proficiency in AP and CMMS
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin preferred
• Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties
• Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, and property taxes
• Ability to forecast outcomes and prepare long-term capital plans
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
