Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact and Owner Representative to ensure client objectives are met
• Manage team response to tenant needs and resolve problems promptly
• Direct preparation of monthly reports and annual operating/capital budgets
• Oversee lease administration, including setup, changes, and reporting
• Proactively collect rent and manage accounts receivable status
• Direct sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract compliance
• Lead daily activities, work schedules, and performance evaluations for the team
• Conduct regular property inspections and recommend maintenance or alterations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related real estate experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Proficiency in AP and CMMS
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin preferred
• Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties
• Working knowledge of leases, contracts, and financial instruments
• Ability to work onsite in Frisco, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy
• Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and variance reporting
