Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties
• Coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities per client requirements
• Manage team activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance reviews
• Direct vendor invoice payments and accounting-related activities
• Prepare monthly reports, annual operating budgets, and capital budgets
• Coordinate lease administration, tenant move-ins, and move-outs
• Respond to tenant needs and implement tenant retention programs
• Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and emergency response planning
• Act as the primary contact and Owner Representative

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in commercial, retail, or industrial property management
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, and ROI analysis
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to travel daily to assigned properties
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, or during emergencies as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or Kardin software
