Property Manager - Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing of vacant office premises within the Trondheim portfolio
• Hold total responsibility for leasing, including budget and result accountability
• Follow up stakeholders through viewings, preparing offers, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate and respond to rental inquiries and requests within deadlines
• Develop and maintain a relevant network and strong relationships in the rental market
• Monitor office market developments to ensure market insight
• Identify needs and contribute to marketing plans and activities in collaboration with the market coordinator
• Collaborate closely with other property managers, operations, project, and finance departments

Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field
• Experience in leasing, property management, or commercial real estate is an advantage
• Strong business understanding and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Structured, independent, and result-oriented
• Proactive with high execution capability
• Commercial and market-oriented mindset
• Good oral and written communication skills
