Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety and regulatory compliance, including Building Warrant of Fitness
• Undertake small-scale refurbishment projects to maintain spaces in 'as new' condition
• Manage all administrative aspects of the role and maintenance systems
• Oversee the delivery of day-to-day planned and unplanned maintenance work on time and on budget
• Supervise one on-site maintenance person and manage a network of local contractors

Requirements

• Over two years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in general maintenance of built environments, machinery, and equipment
• Knowledge of building services such as electrical, fire, lifts, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
• Experience managing direct reports and subcontractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property systems
• Full clean NZ Driver’s License and Site Safe passport
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
