Responsibilities
- Manage facility assets including punch list management for construction defects and safety accident prevention
- Support Jungle Campus operations including user convenience services and planning for HVAC, cleaning, and security
- Oversee security operations including maintenance of access systems, CCTV, and building access rights
- Manage maintenance costs including utility settlements (electricity, water, gas), tax settlements, and energy saving monitoring
Requirements
- Experience in building facility management
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's or Associate degree
- No disqualifications for overseas business trips
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in educational facility management
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Fast adaptation to various business tools
